If you are experiencing any audio feedback or 'squealing' sound on your nuraphones during —

G2_ProfileImage_grey.png Or when creating your personalised hearing profile 


Your nuraphones sensitive microphones may be blocked. 


1. Remove any protective film covering external microphones/outer ear cup that came with your nuraphones.



2. If this has not resolved the persistent audio issue please make sure to turn off your Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and then contact nura Customer Experience Experts for product support at our contact page, select Help & Support > nuraphone and our team will be in touch within 24 hours. To do so — 

 1. Open the nura app and go to settings
 2. Toggle ANC off 



3. To resolve any intermittent feedback, ensure your nuraphones microphones are not blocked or covered.
